On the 24th June 2017 Eve Lyons peacefully passed away after a long and courageous battle with Ewing sarcoma. Beloved daughter of Suzanne and Tom, and inspirational sister to both Meg and Beth.  Meg and Beth both attended PPA during the time of Eve’s cancer and the entire family including Eve made such a mark on the college.  Their courageous fight as a family touched everyone at PPA and still does to this day.

We decided to honour this amazing family by re-naming our studio theatre after Eve.  She had the most amazing personality and during her fight raised so much money for Stand Up 2 Cancer.

Stand Up 2 Cancer was launched in 2012 and has already raised millions to fund translational research, which takes developments in the lab and transforms them into brand new tests and treatments for cancer patients.

Every pound raised will help to support this progress and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
